As Head Chef you will play a crucial part in every aspect of our kitchen and be an integral member of the Kineton team.
From planning the menus, motivating your team, and most importantly ensuring the food served is nutritious and delicious, while it also adheres to the needs of our residents

An independent Residential Home
Kineton Manor is a privately run home and is not part of a chain. It is situated in the delightful, rural Warwickshire village of Kineton which although is not a town, has many amenities. Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury are all within easy reach by bus (10-15 miles away) and London is only an hour and 20 minutes by train from Leamington Spa.

Kineton Manor Nursing Home offers private nursing care, both respite and long term as well as providing dementia, palliative and end of life care all from our wonderful 50+ bedroom private nursing home, nestled in the beautiful South Warwickshire village of Kineton.
We currently have an exceptional nursing and care team who are committed to providing quality services to our residents to ensure that they are enjoying living their lives to fullest in the way that they want to. We are now looking for dedicated Care Assistants to come and join the Kineton Manor Nursing Home ‘family’ to further enhance our team.
Our home provides round the clock care seven days a week therefore flexibility is essential as weekend work and night shifts on rotation will be required.
** Please note that unfortunately we are unable to offer employer sponsorship at this time - including transferring those with existing sponsorship licences**
Available Shift Patterns:
Our fixed shift pattern is 07.30 – 19.30 (days) and 19.30 – 07.30 (nights) and we offer a choice of either:
3 days over 7 @ 36 hours p/w or 4 days over 7 @ 48 hours p/w

Role: Lifestyle Assistant

Salary: £12.21 per hour
Coming into a care home does not mean the quality of our resident’s wellbeing and lifestyle ceases to exist. In fact, it is your role to enable and support our residents to continue taking part in the activities and lifestyle choices they have always enjoyed.
It all starts with getting to know our residents as individuals and finding out how they have lived their life and what they enjoy doing. This will mean taking an interest and talking with our residents and their family and friends. Plotting a life history book with them and sharing their memories.
Are you interested in people and their stories? Have you a zest for life and all it can give you? Will you do what it takes to ensure our residents can maintain their wellbeing and lifestyle choices?
Do you have a sense of fun and a good sense of humour? Are flexible in your approach and have a can-do attitude with drive, determination and motivation?
If you can answer yes to the above, then you maybe the person we are looking for to join our team here at Kineton Manor Nursing Home
You will be creative, innovative and enthusiastic. You will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You have good communication skills.
You may have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a qualification in the arts but not essential. You will have a good basic education, including English and Maths.
If you have the right attitude, we will give you the skills.
