Kineton Manor is a beautiful Georgian country house situated in the heart of a small Warwickshire village. Our care home is sensitively managed by our manager and two local owners. All our staff are fully qualified, and supported in pursuing continual professional development.

Our objective

We are accredited for The Gold Standards Framework for care. Our objective is to improve the quality of care by up-skilling the workforce and to coordinate communication across boundaries of care and to improve patient outcomes, enabling them to live well, and to reduce inappropriate hospitalisation.
Facilities

Qualified staff who provide loving, compassionate care

Our General Manager (a Registered Nurse) is Carinna Lumayno and our Clinical Lead (also a Registered Nurse) is Tetchie Fabro.

We are fortunate to have a stable workforce and we do not use agency staff because we believe that consistency is vital in delivering good quality care. Photographs of the whole team are displayed in Reception.
